I’m thinking of buying A Lifetime of Secrets for a friend, i thought i should buy the latest in case she has already gotten the previous books, yet afraid that she hasn’t.

So just in case… it’s the kind of book that is okay to skip straight to the 4th book, and not have seen the previous 3 books right?
