For anyone to say tasers don’t cause injury and are not fatal is to ignore the fact that numerous people have been killed by tasers. A 15 year old was tasered in a school and died. Numerous others were tasered and died as a result.
I don’t object to police having tasers, nor do I object to their using them, but if you all watched the complete video, as I did two mornings in a row, you would have seen that there was no real need for the officer to keep tasering the woman. The prosecutor claims the cop is on paid administrative leave pending investigation that the prosecutor brought to the police chief.
